We take a holistic approach by collaborating with the Owner, Design Team, and Construction Consultant to achieve a high performance building enclosure system for our clients.

3rd Party Peer Review of Construction Documents

  • Building Enclosure Design Review
  • Plan and detail review to insure a monolithic exterior envelope
  • Identify deficiencies within the design and advise for completeness and constructability
  • Shop drawing and submittal review to confirm compliance with building codes, manufacturer’s requirements, industry standards and best practices.

Building Enclosure Commissioning Team Member for New Construction

  • Provide consulting Services for the Owner or General Contractor on the commissioning of
    the building enclosure
  • Review contract drawings and specifications for completeness, constructability, industry
    standards and best practices
  • Verify project submittals and manufacturer’s specification and recommendation for
    installation are in accordance to design specifications
  • Provide written report(s) with any needed action items and track until resolved
  • Construction Quality Assurance – (Waterproofing from footing to roof – Exterior Wall
    System, Glazing, and Roofing)

Existing Building Maintenance - Campuses, Complexes and Buildings

  • Provide a comprehensive inspection of: paving, pedestrian walkways, exterior walls,
    windows, doors, patios, decks, roofs and skylights by visual observation and infrared scan
    of the building as requested or required
  • Generate a report with deficiencies found and outline scope of work for critical short term
    repairs necessary
  • Provide a 5 year plan with comprehensive repair, restoration, and replacement
    recommendations for Owners to use as a planning and budgeting tool
  • Solicit proposals from pre-qualified contractors for approval and acceptance by Owner
  • Provided oversight of repairs recommended and inspect completed work
  • Submit complete inspection reports to roofing manufacturers’ in order to maintain roof
    warranty and guarantee
